West Sussex County Council wins appeal over AD at Crouchland Farm

The Inspector that heard Crouchland Biogas’ appeal against refusals to grant retrospective planning permission for the unauthorised extension of an on-farm AD plant has upheld the decisions made by West Sussex County Council decisions and Enforcement Notices issued by Chichester District Council.
